The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful dining table on the balcony for fantastic family meals with stunning sunsets. The built-in grill was a great addition for enjoying delicious barbecues while taking in the panoramic view of the city. The location on a hill that overlooks the city allowed for easy access to everything I needed, from restaurants to bars, shopping, and the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always wearing a smile that made me feel at home.

The swimming pool is nice, but there is no atmosphere. There was a one hour wait for fresh orange juice, only to find out they didn't have any. No snacks available, but you can order delivery from a nearby restaurant, although it takes an hour.

The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views and the staff there was attentive and accommodating. Additionally, the security guards and bell hops were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pinnacle Resorts 220! The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views, and the hummingbird-themed décor was stunning. The master bedroom bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The apartment was equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, along with a large container of detergent. The location was perfect, within walking distance to our favorite spots and restaurants. We really appreciated the book with recommended restaurants, which helped us discover some new places. As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find facilities that catered to our dietary preferences.

We felt completely secure during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The noise from outside traffic can be disturbing at night. the hotel is located on a steep hill, so be prepared to walk uphill if you are not taking a taxi.
